Are you actually a family company?
Yep! And we actually like each other too (for the most part)! We love that we get to work and travel together. We can’t wait to meet you and create lifelong memories- from our family to yours.

What if I have to cancel?
You can cancel or reschedule for any reason, no questions asked. There is a fee of 1,000.00MXN to cover our cancellation costs. We recommend booking flexible flights so that you don’t lose money with your airline in the case of any unforeseeable circumstances.

Do your packages include airfare?
Unfortunately, no. At this time we only offer land packages. While you have to book your flights, we take care of everything else. We will always work to be flexible and accommodate your flight plans.

Can you make special accommodations?
Yes! We offer travel packages that cover a day, a long weekend or a full week but if there is anything that we can do to help your trip be the best it can be, we’ll do it. From food allergies to disabilities to travel experiences, whatever you need just let us know and we’ll to whatever we can to help you. Please contact us beforehand to sort out the details.

What should I pack for my trip?
Each trip requires different considerations. After you book your trip with us we’ll send you a confirmation email and an itinerary with all the information you could possibly need, and then some.
If you haven’t received an email from us, check your spam box. Please contact us if you haven’t received anything from us within an hour after booking.

Is Mexico safe?
Yes! Jalisco is a stable state that is safe to travel in. I’ve lived here for 3 years with my two small children and never had an experience that has made me feel worried or unsafe.
You will be traveling with locals who know the environment and are in a position to make sure that you have a fun and safe trip.
